How do I place a custom order for my brand, my customers or my employees?

Yes, we love these projects!  These kinds of orders are available for 50+ products and we can scale up to fit your needs. Send us a message to start the discussion and receive a quote.

Can I order a custom Battalion bag?

We love to create special designs, and we offer custom commissions with orders of 50+ bags. If you’re interested in a subtle change for one of the bags in our catalog, like a different leather color or finish, send us a message and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Where are Battalion bags made?

All of our products are proudly designed and made in the USA. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

As a small company, we are unable to offer price adjustments. The price that is listed at the time of your order is accurate and we cannot help with requests for partial refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled without penalty before the product ships. Send us a message.

When will my order ship?

Every bag is crafted by hand, so we take the time to perfect every detail. On average, bags ship out within 3 business days from when your order is received. Of course, pre-order and out-of-stock items will ship according to the estimate shown on the order page.

Do you provide order tracking?

You’ll receive a tracking email when it is entered into the UPS/USPS system. Be aware that we are not responsible for missing packages if you ship through a package forwarding company or re-shipper.

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns and exchanges for merchandise within the first 10 days, and it must be returned in mint condition. Otherwise, the bag will be shipped back at your expense and no refund will be issued. Package the return with care by removing the strap, closing buckles, and wrapping the bag in paper or plastic inside the box. Return shipping, insurance, and tracking costs must be paid by the customer. Feel free to get in touch for more detailed return instructions.

Do you offer a warranty?

We stand by our products and offer a generous workmanship warranty, which is solely available to the original owner. If our materials or craftmanship are defective, we will make it right by replacing and repairing it free of charge. For daily wear and tear, like rips, tears, fading, and broken zippers, we will provide a quote for you to purchase repair services.
